Will Doherty

Practice owner and Principal Dentist Will Doherty graduated from Dundee Dental School in 2003.  Following graduation, Will worked in private practice in Aberdeen City until joining the Queens Road Dental Practice team in October 2006.

Mr. Doherty has a keen interest in continuing professional development. Currently in his final year at King’s College London, he is studying towards his Masters in Aesthetic Dentistry. After successful completion of numerous written examinations, clinical case presentations and assignments Will has already successfully achieved a diploma level qualification in Aesthetic Dentistry.

As a part of his on going studies he has also completed two intensive in-house residential placements at King’s College London’s world famous Londec Post-Graduate Training Centre. Over a two year period he has undertaken a series of intensive seminars, lectures, tutorials and hands-on training courses provided by some of the world’s leading aesthetic dentists.

Will takes great pleasure in applying the skills he has acquired throughout his career to rebuild patients’ smiles. His focus is on achieving consistently outstanding results using meticulous treatment planning and working with patients to create the smiles they have always wanted.

Outside of dentistry Will is a keen sportsman. His hobbies include Rugby,  Mountain Biking, Golf, Snowboarding, Squash, Hill Walking and Motorbikes. His happiest times are spent in the beautiful countryside of Aberdeenshire with his wife Judith, their new baby boy Freddy and his two dogs Woody and Isla.
